How is Juvéderm® Administered?
Juvéderm® is administered using an incredibly fine needle. Injections will be made in different areas depending on the results that the patient wants to achieve. Each injection is performed by Dr. Anh Vu, and is placed with the utmost precision and care. The injections are surprisingly comfortable, and most patients experience no pain whatsoever. If you are concerned about discomfort, we can apply a topical anesthetic before treatment. A Juvéderm® treatment is typically performed in about 30 minutes.
What Can I Expect After My Juvéderm® Treatment?
Juvéderm® works instantly, so most patients will notice results before even leaving our office. There may be some mild swelling or redness around the injection site, but this typically fades within a day or two. There is no downtime or recovery period after a Juvéderm® treatment, so patients can resume to work and other normal activities immediately following their appointment.
